Isa. 3:8 For Jerusalem (God’s People) is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.

3:9 The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul!  for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.   (Rom.6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.)

II Sam. 12:14 Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die.

Job 15:14 What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?

15:15 Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.

15:16 How much more abominable and filthy is man, which drinketh iniquity like water?

(Job is regarded to be the oldest book in the Bible, and there it written that we are not born righteous.  Also:

Num.27:1 Then came the daughters of Zelophehad…27:2 And they stood before Moses, and before Eleazar the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,

27:3 Our father died in the wilderness, and he was not in the company of them that gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah; but died in his own sin, and had no sons.

(there is no mention in the Bible that Zelophehad had ever committed any sin, yet he “died in his own sin.” This is what is referred to as being born in sin, original sin, or the sin nature.)

Pr. 21:4 An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

Lk.16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Isa. 59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: 2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (– web teaching)

Num. 18:22 Neither must the children of Israel henceforth come nigh the

50:1 Thus saith the LORD, Where is the bill of your mother’s

Unknown sin

Lev. 5:2 Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an

unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of

unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall

be unclean, and guilty.

5:3 Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it

be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when

he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

5:4 Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do

good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath,

and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be

guilty in one of these.

5:5 And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that

he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:

5:6 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin

which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of

the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement

for him concerning his sin.

5:17 And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are

forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though

he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity. -

Jesus paid for even the unknown sin! Heb. 9:24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands,

which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to

appear in the presence of God for us:

9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest

entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the

world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to

put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Matt. 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.  ß From our teaching      -

ADD:

Acts 8:9 But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:

8:10 To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.

8:11 And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.

8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

8:13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

8:14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:

8:15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:

8:16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)

8:17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.

8:18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,

8:19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.

8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.

8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.

8:23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.

8:24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the LORD for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

I Cor. 8:11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for

whom Christ died?

8:12 But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak

conscience, ye sin against Christ.

8:13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh

while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

I Cor. 10:6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not

lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

10:7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The

people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

10:8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and

fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

10:9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and

were destroyed of serpents.

10:10 Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were

destroyed of the destroyer.

10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they

are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world

are come.

10:12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

James 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced

of the law as transgressors.  (see vs 11 how it is compared to which other sins )

2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one

point, he is guilty of all.

2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill.

Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a

transgressor of the law(any single sin in our life makes us a transgressor!)

II Pet.2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

II Pet.2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

II Pet.2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

II Pet.2:7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

II Pet.2:8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

II Pet.2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

II Pet.2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

Matt. 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they

shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou

shalt be condemned.

I Jn.1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

I Jn.1:2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

I Jn.1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

I Jn.1:4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

I Jn.1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

I Jn.1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

I Jn.1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

I Jn.1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

I Jn.1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Rom.3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

II Pet. 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

Col.2:6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

Col.2:7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Col.2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Col.2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Col.2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Col.2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

Col.2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Col.2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Col.2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Col.2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
