I Sam.15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

 

Pr. 21:3 To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.

21:27 The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind?

LEVITICUS 1 & 2  Num 5:

If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd - completely burned  -   to make a sweet savor unto the LORD,:  different amounts of flour and wine for bullock than for a lamb than a goat
