God the Father or God our Father - Not Father God

The term “Father God,” used by many Christians, is never used in the Bible.  That term implies that there are many gods of which there is one that we call father.  The One and only God The Creator Of All is the One who has called us His children.

John 6:27 Labor not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

 

Rom. 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

I Cor. 1:3 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
